Farm to Table Freshness | A Guide to Farmer’s Markets in Your City

A restaurant that serves meals made with fresh produce purchased directly from a farmer or farmer’s market, is a restaurant that has a menu with benefits.

Customers crave fresh and appreciate knowing they supported a local farmer. Fresh produce means less preservatives, less packaging, less travel time in a truck, and more nutrients for your body.

Farmer’s markets are a platform for local farmers, growers, florists, and artisans to showcase their work. Much love and commitment goes into growing, all the while minimizing chemicals and pesticides, and it shows. We hit up a Farmer’s market in every new town we touch down in.

We’re fans of the stuffed mushrooms with cultured tree nut butter, and the cauliflower and chickpea curry. The pizzas are fired up on gluten-free dough, perfect for NCGS, Celiac, and those who just want to feel great after a beautiful meal. Book in this weekend for Dim Sum and vegan sushi.
